Q: What about insurance?
A: Ciri is a Blue Cross Blue Shield provider and also negotiates fees for clients who do not have insurance or who choose not to use insurance. The standard fee for a non-insurance client is $85, and a sliding scale is available for those in financial distress. Ciri does not accept credit cards or debit cards. Ciri Colee is licensee #2801 as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of SC.
Q: How long does counseling take?
A: This varies from case to case, depending on an individual's needs. Your input is the guiding principle for length of the counseling course. You are free to stop counseling at any time.
Q: What if I need meds?
A: Ciri will provide an appropriate referral to a local psychiatrist for meds management. Ciri cannot prescribe medication since she is not a medical doctor. She is, however, familiar with pharmacology and will work with you and your psychiatrist to provide the counseling best suited to your needs.
Q: What are the hours available for appointments?
A: Ciri sees clients on Tuesday evenings and on Saturdays. Other times may be available. Just ask!
